Currently available treatments for overactive bladder

There are currently several options available to help patients maintain a reasonable quality of life and to reduce the risk of infections – you may have already tried one or more of these treatments:

Currently available medications for overactive bladder (oral/transdermals), can be a first line of treatment but can also have side effects (such as dry mouth, constipation, and blurred vision) which can become intolerable over time, or are not completely effective.

Neuromodulators may also be effective but are an implanted device and can have technical issues.

The protocol for the Dignity study has undergone the appropriate review by regulatory authorities and ethics committees.
